Also during the winter, all children, sick and elderly are forced to sit outside in sub freezing temperatures while security is inside and warm."

"Dont buy a bus pass on this app unless u can wait 2-3 hours for the bus. Most ppl have 2 switch busses so 2-3 hours PER STOP. I rode bus daily for 10 years. Its basically unrideable now bc so many missing busses. U buy a pass on this app then wind up using Uber anyways so it goes 2 waste. They still blaming it on covid despite the lockdowns ended 18 months ago. They added routes & stops despite being short 100's of drivers making it much worse. Should have spent covid $ on hiring & retention"
